Eliza E. S. Chorgen Services for Mrs. Eliza Estella Schofield Chorgen, 31, wife of Pete Chorgen of 260 Twenty-fifth, will be conducted Thursday
at three p. m. in Lindquist Sons' Colonial iuneral chapel. The body may be viewed at the i home Wednesday afternoon and | evening and will be
returned to Lindquist Sons for viewing until time of services. Mrs. Chorgen died in a local hospital Monday at ten-thirty a. m., following a long
illness. She was born Sept. 23, 1911, in Evanston, Wyo., a daughter of
Adam and Mabel Estella Morby Lewis. She married Mr. Chorgen in
Evanston on March 3, 1933. She had spent her entire life in Evanston, McGill, Nov., and Ogden. She was a member of the L. D. S. church.
Surviving are her husband and parents of Ogden; five brothers and sisters,
Vernon Lewis Schofield ol Alameda, Calif.; Mrs. Thelma Anderson,
Mrs. Marjorie Lee, Mrs. Blanch Hughes and Adam Schofield of Ogden; and a grandmother and grandfather, Mrs. Martha b. Clark and J. J.
Cross, both of Ogden.

OGDEN - Jean A. Taylor, 68, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2005, at Ogden
Regional Medical Center. She was born June 28, 1937, in Ogden, to
Bert and
Thelma Scofield Anderson.
She was raised and educated in Ogden, where she
graduated from Ogden High School. On May 21, 1966, Jean married Jerry Taylor,
in Ogden. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Jean loved bowling, fishing, the mountains, crocheting and spending time with
her family. She is survived by her husband, Jerry; three sons, Michael
(Sondra) Donivan, Salt Lake City; Martin (Dawn) Donivan, Ogden; Jerry J.
(Becky) Taylor, Ogden; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; four
brothers, Don (Wendy) Anderson, Ogden; Garry (Alice) Anderson, Layton; Darrell
(Ilene) Anderson, Oregon; and Chuck Anderson, Oregon. She was preceded in
death by her parents, one brother, and two sisters.

June28,1962 in the McKay-Dee Hospital of aheartattack.
He was born Dec. 11, 1917, in Green River, Wyo., a son of
Adam LewisandMabel Morby Schofield.
He married Fern Nalder on Dec 11, 1939,inOgden.
He had been employeed as a chief crew dispatcher for the
UnionPacificRailroad. He retired in Juneof1978.
He had lived most of his life inOgden.
He was a member of the LDS Church. He had served as
president oftheOgden Railway Bowling League and had
served in several offices intheBrotherhood of Railway and
Airline Clerks, No.641. He was a memberoftheFraternal
Order of Eagles, No.2472, and had served on
thefinancecommittee. He served with the Utah National
Guard forseveralyears.
Surviving are his widow of Ogden; three daughters, Mrs.
BrentW.(Sandra) Innes, Mrs. Clifford Dee (Judy) Spinden,
and Mrs.GaryA.C.(Cheryl) Young, all of
Ogden;fivegrandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. in
Lindquist andsonsColonial Chapel in Odgen with Norris

the Washington HeightsMemorialPark.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the
MaxBaerHeart Fund, in care of the Fraternal Order of
Eagles.

Weber College. She had been employed at Al Greenwell's Cafe
and later at the BonMarche,and had worked for the Internal
Revenue Service in Ogden. She hadworkedat the St. Viaters
Rectory and B.P. Gorman High School in LasVegas, Nev.Surviving
are her husband of Ogden; four sons and threedaughters,Richard
